Water in Keurig clearly had been there for a while, as was the dirt on the refrigerator handle. Laundry room dirty, with washer machine still broken from months ago on another review. The property itself looks nice from the outside inside is exactly as pictured and the level of cleanliness is off the charts. « The house in Pineville was a good value for us and suited our needs very well. The fenced yard for the dog and the large parking area for the truck and trailer we had were selling points. We had issues with the washing machine and dishwasher not working, which the host was willing to have looked at, but we had trouble coordinating it so asked them to wait until we left (which they did.). Sticky substances on the floor and countertop areas in the kitchen as well as dirty dishes in the cabinets and half-eaten chicken wings in the backyard.
