« the hotel put me on a "do not rent" list, only 3 hours before my check in time. i did not stay here, and no one physically told me until i was in the lobby attempting to check in. the reasoning i was given was "we require bookings of 3 nights and up" but my booking for one night was confirmed and booked through expedia. i had to scramble to make other plans for the night after driving nearly 9 hours. »

« Check in process remote, very difficult, the person helping (remote) did not know any thing about the property, and very litter about the process. This is not a hotel. Is a private apartment that has nothing similar to a hotel. »
