« My close friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cabin over Thanksgiving weekend. There were enough beds for our group and the facilities ensured we enjoyed home comforts while also living up to promises of quiet and solitude in nature. We had long chats by the fire by night and hiked in the surrounding Backus conservation area by day. We will definitely be back in the future! »

« Cheryl and Ray went above and beyond to accommodate And respond to our crazy requests in the weeks Leading up to our wedding. They allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated on our wedding day! The hideaway was an idyllic place to ‘come home’ to after our wedding dinner. The pathway lights were so welcoming, and the place looked so inviting. Cheryl and Ray were quick to supply a vase for my wedding bouquet, which I hadn’t thought to bring with me.
