« The host was very responsive and the location was excellent. Great views of the mountain and easy access to base.However, the condo was not as clean as we had hoped.The freezer was full of frost, with what looked like black mold on the edge. The ice tray was partially used. The Keurig was dirty. The shower curtain was absolutely filthy. There was an odor of cigarette smoke when we arrived which I later believe was just a dirty vacuum cleaner. The twin bed felt like I was sleeping on the coils. »

« Great location! Was a little tight for the 6 of us with the lifts shut down for 2 days due to winds, but we made it work! Would recommend adding a bottle opener and matches to the kitchen utilities (we lost power one night) but would def stay again. »

« This apartment is truly all about the location. The ski-in/ski-out access was excellent and made getting on and off the slopes incredibly easy, which was the highlight of our stay. The unit itself was functional and met our needs, but it wasn’t especially cozy or warm in atmosphere. If your priority is convenience and quick slope access, this is a great choice. »

« Could not have asked for a better place to stay for a family long weekend of late season skiing. The condo was perfect - clean, fully stocked, spacious, and the location cannot be beat just steps to two different trails. Amy was an incredible host, very responsive to any questions we had, and even left us a basket of goodies at check-in. This is now our favorite place at Sunday River - and we will definitely come back. »
