« We stayed at Arrowwood Resort from Wednesday through Saturday, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong moldy smell. We switched rooms multiple times hoping it would improve, but every room had the same issue and was dirty and poorly maintained. « Tina was wonderful. Contacted us before the trip letting us know that if we wanted to check in early, we could. Very easy to find. On-site hosts were wonderful and friendly. Stopped by the cabin to let us know they were sorry they weren't there when we checked in. Check-in is so easy; keys in the cabin and you're all set. The cabin was clean and very close to the lake, with docks available for use. We will 100% be staying there again!!! »
