« Wonderful place, it was perfect for our family while we were competing at dreams park! We loved the property , the pond, fire pit, swing, were great! »

« Very cute lake cottage! Super relaxing environment and the lake is beautiful. Luckily we had pretty cool weather so the lack of AC was no issue. »

« The property was in a great location for our visit. Laundry facility was excellent, cabin was as described. The only minor complaints are hot water ran out after one shower, the toilet would continuously run after flushed due to the flapper coming loose several times, the shower drain was extremely slow draining and almost overflowed the shower ( had to plunge drain) and a small encounter with a mouse on the stove top in middle of the night. »

« We made a quick trip to Cooperstown to get away for a few days and this place suited our needs perfectly! »

« We spent a week in Cooperstown for our son to play ball. The place was very clean and communication was wonderful. The home was well stocked. My only suggestions are that I would update the listing pictures to reflect how the home looks now. For example, I was expecting a brown house, but it was a dark blue. Also, there was one less chair in the living room and some furniture was in a different place than the pictures showed. Also, our biggest issue was the heat! I know it was not the norm, but...

« The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped in general. Only a few minor negatives…perhaps the larder could have a few more basics such as salt …the refrigerator door hard to open but as a retired chef I found the kitchen more than ample. The only other negative was the bunkbed room was inhabited by many dust bunnies…The place nicely appointed and was lovely. »
