« Ok so I believe in fair reviews so here we go! Upon arrival to the home I noticed a smell which smelt like the home had been locked up with no a/c. The lower portion of the home was about 75 upon arrival. When I went to the kitchen, I saw that the refrigerator to the right was off and leaking. I called the host who advised that the ice maker was over flowing and they forgot to plug it back in. « We had a wonderful stay at this property in Kissimmee. The home was very spacious and provided plenty of room for our group to spread out and relax. The private pool was a great feature, and we spent many evenings enjoying it after a day at the parks.The resort amenities were excellent, especially the pool and lazy river, which were a big hit with everyone. « We were very pleased with the home. It was very spacious and clean. We loved all the amenities and access to the neighborhood pool area. It is very close to the Disney Parks and was about a 30 minute drive for us to do the Universal Parks each day. There was trouble with the air conditioner during our stay but the host was quick to respond and was attentitive to our needs and the problem was fixed. « La maison s'est avérée être au delà de nos attentes. Les chambres étaient confortables, propres, décorées dans les moindres détails. Nous étions 13 personnes et nous avions amplement d'espace. Emplacement idéal pour les activités que nous avons faites ( Disney, Universal, Legoland, Cocoa Beach et Cap Canaveral). Nous étions à proximité d'un Walmart pour les achats de tous les jours. Nous avons adoré notre expérience ! »

« Everything was so beautiful spacious and clean and well kept. The Host was extremely helpful and nice and assisted us with any questions we had. The pool literally had sun all day which was amazing cause when we came back from disney the sun was still shinning on the pool! overall I would definitely be rebooking this home! »

« The house was cute and charming. The kids love the Disney theme. Although, curtains, bedding and furniture seemed outdated. Needs some updating. However was very clean, loved the bbq, pool, game room and toys were a hit!! Communication with Host was excellent. Just an FYI the fire extinguisher should be placed somewhere higher so kids don't touch it. Overall, wonderful stay and would love to rent here again. Thanks for having us! »
