« Extra blankets were necessary. The heating system didn't seem to heat all areas equally (for example the bathroom and hallway were stiflingly hot yet the sleeping areas did not share in that heat very well.) The room smelled of smoke and there were other people complaining at the front desk of musty and smelly rooms and it not being changed to their satisfaction so we didn't even bother. It also would have been nice to know that the main amenity shown (waterpark) was closed for maintenance...

« The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't...
