J'ai voulu passer le balai mais il était sale. Lorsque j'ai voulu laver mon linge, la laveuse était sale, on a du laver la laveuse avant de l'utiliser. La sécheuse fonctionnait mal, on devait l'a repartir toutes les 10 minutes. On nous a laissé 4 serviettes pour 5 personnes et 3 nuits. Une note avait été laissé...

« The hotel claimed they couldn't find our reservation and both VRBO and the host refused to help. We were charged by both and they will not help resolve the issue. I had a confirmed reservation and vrbo charged my credit card, but when there was an issue, neither the host, VRBO or the Melia Orlando would help. Dishonest con artists abound. The Melia Orlando took my card for incidentals while they checked on the VRBO reservation, then charged me without consent or permission. I can't...

« Our experience at this condo was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the space felt very safe and quiet. Parking was easy, and grocery stores and dining options were close by which made our trip convenient. The balcony view was a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC kept the unit perfectly cool during our stay. Overall, a great location especially for Disney travelers. Highly recommend! »
