« Amazing Chalet...! We pulled up the driveway into a postcard of an Austrian style winter wonderland! A well appointed home with quick and easy access to Jay Peak. The hot tub was a welcome and relaxing aprÚs ski bonus. Dogs loved running and playing out in the woods be behind the house. Great set up for cooking at home but a dinner down at the Belfry is a must for it's great food and vibe. Collin and Ari were available for anything we needed. We will definitely be back...!!! »

« Although the cabin was clean, the shower leaked and the entire bathroom floor was wet with water coming up from under all the tiles. It was clear this was an ongoing issue from the cracked grout. There is a wall heater in the bathroom however it would only dry the surface water, anytime you went to the washroom and stepped on the tiles it would make more water come up. Our feet were constantly wet after using the washroom. The towels were old and hard and only had 5 towels so no extras. The...

« The chalet was very charming and clean. Our concerns were the broken fridge in kitchen we could not use. We communicated regarding broken fridge with good response time but didn't realize and weren't told about extra fridge in basement. We lost groceries. Mattress first floor was concave and uncomfortable could not be used. Lots of flies alive and dead buzzing around. No hooks for wet towels after hot tub and showers. »
