« 2 hours before checkin, the manager, Wanda, calls to say the AC is broken. They had prior knowledge and were trying to get it fixed but were unable. Wanda tries to set us up with one of her internal properties by initially charging us the same rate for a home that was listed for less. We went back and forth about the price. After a combined 2 hours of time on the phone with her, she becomes hostile and decides to cancel that one too. I’m sure the house would’ve been great, had the AC not broken....

« My family stayed at this property to attend an event at the OCCC. Perfect location to walk over. Property seemed more spacious than advertised-bigger than 2 other properties we stayed at Vista Cay in the past. Plenty of extra towels for pool/beach, large kitchen with 2 types of coffee makers, plenty of sleeping space and loved the 3 1/2 bathrooms for everyone to shower/get ready. Did not see door code in app or email, but host responded with it pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend this...
