« Our host was wonderful to communicate with. The condo was excellent for our Beaumont stay to visit family. Great stay for pet friendly accommodations. Be prepared to walk the dog as there is a patio but no back yard. Looks like some things have been added since a previous listing. No problems with side tables, bedroom dressers / closet, and there are tv's in living area and both bed rooms!!! We enjoyed our stay in Beaumont! »

« We could not get in the home at check in because the lock box batteries was dead and it took someone 1.22 hours to bring us a single key with promises to have the lock box fixed the following day, the owner was a no show, we stuffed a paper towel and taped the lock since we had one key and every time somebody went out the door locked. The home does not fit 7 adults and 3 kids comfortably. It sleeps 6 people. The couch is broken and the couch bed is inoperable. It does not seat 10 for a meal, it...

« Took some time prior to posting review to remove some emotion. Upon late checkin on Tuesdayplace was not clean. Floors were dirty and had to leave shoes on as socks were black with dirt quickly. It was dark but sheets were filthy and pictures were provided next day…. They said they would try to get out there Thanksgiving day, but were were checking out Friday am. « House was clean and comfy. The view was prestine. Loved the beach cart and my daughter enjoyed the sand toys and boards. Spoke to the host and he took good care of us! I would definitely recomend this property. We also caught some nice refish on our trip. The stay was very quiet and relaxing. We were able to even assist one of the neighbors! »

« Perfect location close to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to highways and Interstate close by without much noise.House was as pictured with all the amenities listed. Bed was very comfortable with a large closet. Bathroom was big enough for at least two to get ready at the same time.Large fenced in back area with a deck with seating and a gas grill. We were very close to family's home and the neighbors were welcoming. Thank you for making a rental property feel like home. »
