« Last minute booking so there was a communication issue with housekeeping but the host was immediately responsive and we appreciated his efforts to correct the situation. The cabin is small and simple but everything worked well. The in-floor radiant heat was especially nice. Only one of the spots in the garage was available due to a vehicle behind being stored in the second stall. But it is heated and was good to keep one car out of the elements. « My wife and I had a great stay at this little cabin. The location is great- right across the street from the big lake, minutes to the Porkies, and a short drive into Ontonagon. The cabin itself is nice and cozy; perfect for a couple. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. Hope to stay again! »

« This listing is deceiving. The whole area was under a blizzard warning. They had roughly 3 days notice that this storm was coming, and it did. 14 inches of snow later I’m supposed to check in but the host forgot to make sure the rental was plowed. Her words “oh yeah I forgot that” when I called to find out what was going on. I was refunded that first day. Day two, and I didn’t get checked in until after 11am. So most of the day gone.
