« Inside of the house was very clean and nice, the yard was terribly overgrown and weeds have taken over. The yard was so overgrown I couldn’t let my grandchildren play outside. The weeds are growing in to the electrical box and air conditioning unit outside. We didn’t use the yard outside at all. Communication with the owner was great - we had an issue with the power but he got it fixed right away. Probably wouldn’t stay here again due to the yard and parking situation. »

« This house is fantastic! It is impeccably clean and cool, beautiful views in all directions from windows and decks on both floors. « This a tough one to review. The house and location are outstanding! Our stay was impacted dramatically because the A/C in the upstairs (main living and kitchen) failed on day one of our stay. We could not keep the temp below 84 degrees (and I was sleeping in the upstairs bedroom). The property manager did respond and bring out portable a/c units that helped a little.
