« We had a lovely stay at Brad and Imogen’s place in Swansboro! The AC kept the house comfortable, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch and spending time in both beautifully arranged living rooms. The space is stylish, cozy, and thoughtfully designed—clearly created with care and attention to detail. This was our second time staying at one of their properties, and once again, we were so impressed. Highly recommend! »

« This was a lovely, quiet spot for a fall family vacation. Being right on the sound is actually quite nice. It’s great to sit on the deck and watch the birds in the marsh and see fish and shrimp jumping in the water. The provided kayaks, paddleboard, and life jackets enabled our whole family to go out and explore the sound together. It’s a very safe, low traffic, protected area of the sound. « This house is fantastic! It is impeccably clean and cool, beautiful views in all directions from windows and decks on both floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with every cooking device imaginable, and the patio bar has not one but three green eggs (S, M, & L) to grill and smoke with. The water access was ideal to launch our paddle boards and kayak, and the sun deck area wonderful. St. Clair is a excellent host and instructions were perfectly detailed. « It was a great, last minute find for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. We loved the added touch of the hot tub and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a huge yard for the dogs to roam and for our 5yo to find sticks when we weren’t beaching it. The only downfall, for us, was the one bathroom. We have 3 pre-teen/teen girls, but they managed!! :) The owner was prompt when we had questions and was happy to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
