« The house was clean, spacious, and filled with light, with lots of windows looking out on acres of woods and hay and corn fields. Located on a dead end road, there was no traffic noise and no lights visible at night. We enjoyed hiking on the Ice Age Trail nearby, biking on the Badger State Trail, swimming at the Verona High School Aquatic Center. and picking strawberries, as well as going into Madison for some great Thai food. « This house was amazing, everything was steeped in history. Our 2 D&D groups came here for our endgame weekend. We have a neurodivergent bunch and everyone is foodies. there were lots of places for folks to step away and recharge. the bathrooms were huge and spacious. the table could fit us all for meals. the outdoor spaces were inviting and well cared for. the kitchen was huge and very well stocked. we had plenty of space for everyone to spread out.What a lovely home, fully of character,...

« A great place to stay for access to the driftless area of Wisconsin. Stayed here and fished a lot of the local streams for trout. The place was very clean, and felt like home. Recommend trying the Hi Point steakhouse if you’re in the area. Great food and cocktails. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets also a big plus. »

« We had a fantastic short weekend at this beautiful home. He allowed us to bring our dogs, and they equally enjoyed the enclosed porch and large home. The home was very accommodating, it had everything I needed to cook breakfast and dinner. The hot tub and bath tub were heaven sent, as we both work in the Industry and warehouses and loved the relaxation. There were in home activities for adults and kids, ping pong and pool table and a soccer table and even a sega genesis. I wish we had more time...
