« Two sisters on a road trip to Melbourne decided to break the journey in Beechworth and stay at Gladstone House. What a find! Location excellent - just a short stroll into town. The house is very old and because of this, there are a few areas where there are steps into rooms, but it was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully provisioned. « We all enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped family home. As we stayed in winter the wood fired heater added great atmosphere to the standard heating. Beautiful scenery and beautiful garden with a balcony we also enjoyed. Owners are very friendly and were happy to refund when we had to cancel the previous year due to Covid. »
