« This place was so cool. The host(s) could not of been more accommodating. The pet friendly beach is an easy (5) minute walk away. One of us is a very light sleeper so the master br a/c unit noise was a minor issue. »

« Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall »

« The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end. »

« Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again. »

« Enjoyed my stayvery much. Great walkable location. The unit was very clean. The only suggestion is to clean in-between the couch cushions. I dropped someone down the side, andfound it full with crumbs etc. Otherwise excellent. Will boo, again »

« The location of the place was great, but it really needs to be updated inside. The mattress is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen and bathroom need upgrading as they are very basic. We had a great time, loved Vero Beach and the location of our rental. »

« This is the cutest place! Clean, furnished well, great kitchen and the most unique TV set up I've ever seen. The location is perfect - just across the street from the river and a 3-4 mile long walking/biking trail. The sunrise photo was taken from the front door of my room (H). I highly recommend this place and will stay there again should I return to Sebastian. »

« The greatest asset is ample room to entertain close relatives and friends that live nearby. Big TVs in every room. Appliances were excellent.Close to beaches and nightlife.You will not be disappointed. »

« Everything was great, just wished that there was more privacy where the AC units were. It was difficult to find the laundry room since there wasn’t any signage to point me in the direction of where it was. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay! »

« Great spot nestled in a riverside area. So "shiny" it must be a recent renovation. Restaurants less than a block away, a coffee shop, and pretty much anything you need within walking distance. Great views from the second story porch and attentive staff if you need anything. I was on business travel but if I go back for vacation I hope they have a place for me there. »

« The stay was short and sweet. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The space was clean, well kept, and all was as advertised. It was exactly what we were looking for our short overnight stay. In case you are wondering, the apartment is inside an extended stay hotel. Don't let that turn you off, it was very clean and the staff was very polite, welcoming, and willing to serve us for our stay. Thank you. »
