« From the moment I booked our trip nine months ago to checking out on Monday, everything was absolutely amazing! Peter was a very responsive host and was quick to answer any of our questions and helped make our stay memorable! The home was equipped with almost everything we needed, it was comfortable and great for five of us in the house! « Everything was great. Host was awesome to work with and had prompt answers for the few questions we had. Condo was clean and well stocked. The listing on VRBO shows it in the wrong spot on the map. The actual spot is nearby though and works great for access to downtown Newburyport. Def would stay again! »

« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). « Be aware of what you are renting. It is rare to find an ocean front with a private beach on VRBO. However, it is an older home with older furnishings. To enter, you go through two doors and there is an open stairway that leads to the top floor meaning there is no door to the top floor. At first this felt very awkward, but it was fine. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of seating and all the basics are available. There is no washer and dryer as listed and there was no iron or hair...

« The home is excellent . We wanted private and we got private. Had a hard time finding in dark but found it tucked in the back of property. The walk was good to see what you wanted to and could drive to other little towns and beaches. I would use them again »
