« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots...

« This is a fabulous lodging! It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace was an especially nice touch for cold winter nights. The views were lovely, even in winter, with the house roofs iced with snow and a huge Christmas Tree visible from several windows. The location is also close to the main street where there are many restaurants. Peter is a great host. »

« Parking was an issue as it is on street parking and the town had an overnight parking ban. This was not fault of Janie but perhaps onstreet parking might be better description The unit was spotless »

« We had a blast hanging out at The Warlock House. When we arrived, the spooky mood had been set and we were in stitches. Very well appointed home for those wanting a different vibe. »

« We spent Christmas here and it was so special waking up to the sight of a beautiful sunrise over the water and snow on the sand. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets to cook a holiday meal. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and two children. Easy drive to the center of Newburyport with lots of great restaurants and shops but also several local stores and restaurants within walking distance. The parking lot across the street was an added bonus as we had three cars. »

« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »
