« Such a wonderful spot, super clean and spacious within walking distance of downtown Salem! The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. We loved our stay and appreciated the ease of check-in. »

« Unit was completely adequate for our purposes. A family gathering on Plum Island. We spent very little time physically in the unit. The inside stairs to the unit were very difficult for two of our party that required assistance walking. I'm sure the stairs would not meet current codes. The external stairs were quite icy when we arrived. Having that scrapped off would have been appreciated. The unit is definitely due for an update. Some lights did not work, the downstairs bedroom floor...

« House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here. »

« What a great unit! It is truly a Park & Play unit – all attractions, restaurants, groceries, etc. are all at short walking distance. We literally parked the car at arrival and used it only at departure. We were 4 adults and the unit was just incredible. Very clean and spacious with the 3 separate bedrooms and the living room (with a huge smart TV). The equipment was top-notch from the efficiency of the AC to the modern equipment in the kitchen including sufficient plates/glasses/cutlery, pots...

« The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. »

« Some response was delayed. Lots of sand in the pathway which hadn’t been cleaned out. Parking was definitely a challenge for two full sized SUVs . No way were we comfortable parking in what was noted as two parking spaces. »
