« It was a very clean, nice apartment. The word studio used in the description was just not well explained. We did not realize there was no bedroom. It was all one big room. The only seat to watch tv at night was a couch in front of the bed and it was not very comfortable. I still would recommend this to others as it was very clean and quiet. »

« The host is very nice & quick to respond. The house was clean & extremely spacious, the pictures don’t do any justice. It’s a beautiful property & a great location. The kitchen was very well stocked with all types of cookware, utensils & appliances! We stayed during the winter & can’t wait to book again for the warmer months! »

« Stay was good. Place was very nice in a beautiful spot. Host did a great job of keeping sidewalk and stairs salted since it did snow almost the whole time we were there. They also messaged to let me know when they lost power and when it came back on. Only issue we had was there was someone on the other side of the door connected to the unit that cooked some very strong smelling food the last 2 nights we were there and it filled our unit. Other than that it was perfect and would stay there again....

« The duplex was pleasant. The stairs are old and steep but navigable. Be careful when you open the door. The disturbing part for me was the overly scented room fresheners. If a person planning to stay there has trouble with scents, a different place may be better. I was able to stay after spraying bedding with scent neutralizer.. »

« Host was wonderful, close but not hovering and checked in to make sure all was good. House was clean, check-in was easy. Close to all Buffalo attractions and Canada. But also quiet so could get a good nights sleep. »

« This property was very outdated, unappealing walk up which I’ll chalk up to winter, hallway roof stains, very worn out noisy uneven wooden floors, old rusted vents, bad lighting with old shower. I feel bad for writing this, but it was really unexpected. The beds were the newest things and were clean and slept well. The couch felt worn, living room table wasn’t clean and overall the place just didn’t feel clean. Some may think it’s vintage, but I wouldn’t recommend. Owner needs to update. »
