« Decent location, very cute and clean basement apartment. The separate entrance is nice and was very easy instructions to get in. As noted in the ad, there is no parking so we had to get a parking pass to park on the street, which was super easy to do. »

« Overall, the place is great! Every nicely appointed and furnished. Very cozy & met all our needs. Great location, close to Western and downtown. Excellent communication with and by our host. Only 2 drawbacks: i) outside entryway was rather overgrown with plants and need to be trimmed, which impeded access somewhat on the rather narrow walkway; and 2) the stairway up to the unit is in good shape, but is on the narrower side, and quite steep.
