« Rooms were perfect and the location was convenient. We have 2 suggestions for improvement. There needs to be more plates to suite at least the 6 people the home will sleep. A new heavier weight shower curtain or a curved shower rod, this will be to keep the curtain off of you while showering. »

« This house was great! It was close to everything we needed in Carlsbad for our trip to the caverns and Guadalupe national park. The house was very clean, and provided more than enough nice towels, pillows and extra blankets for beds. The beds were comfortable and plantation shutters made the rooms dark until we were ready to get up each morning. It was perfect for our family of 5 and we loved spending evenings out back around the firepit. »

« Oasis Ranch was the perfect place for our family to stay over the holiday break! The layout works well for large families and the bathrooms are all very clean and each contain showers which we found useful. The house was very well organized. Adrian had thought of everything we would need and the communication was seamless. We enjoyed White Sands, Carlsbad Caverns, and Guadalupe Mountain National Parks during our stay. « Over all best experience yet. The host is super communicative and initiated all the conversations with check in and check out instructions. « The host pretty much ignored any message I sent.The pull out couch that my son was suppose to sleep on had mouse droppings all over. The mattress was stained and very dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. It was larger than I thought it would be. So overall, I would say it could have been cleaner. They need to fix the screen door, it is heavy and slams shut. And there was a piece of border wood on floor that was broke and every one kept tripping over it....
