« Centrally located home, that made navigation in and around the area easy. Owner/host was overly accomodating going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. House that feels like a home, feels lived in but cozy. Would definitely stay again. »

« Rooms were perfect and the location was convenient. We have 2 suggestions for improvement. There needs to be more plates to suite at least the 6 people the home will sleep. A new heavier weight shower curtain or a curved shower rod, this will be to keep the curtain off of you while showering. »

« We made a trip to Guadalupe Mountain NP and Carlsbad Caverns and this was a 30-60 min drive from our destinations. The home is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed getting to relax in the space. Directions and descriptions were all very accurate. Thank you for the stay! »

« The home was used a place to relax after of long day of visiting attractions in the area: Carlsbad Cave (which is amazing), Guadalupe Mts and several others. It contained everything we needed, was clean and in a fairly quiet area of town. Everything from reservations to check in and check out was communicated in a timely manner. « Host was a super-host! Excellent communication and support. A rare find, well stocked, comfortable, clean, and excellent location. Sleeps 4 comfortable. Additional people have to sleep on air mattress (provided by host) or sofa (not a pull out). »
