« This place was a lovely retreat for my husband and I on our cross country road trip. The outdoor sitting areasvwere appreciated and the views were beautiful. »

« Location is convenient to groceries, downtown mall and Pavillon and UVA. Management team sent clear instructions for access and responded promptly to any questions. Bed had supportive mattress. Parking situation is excellent. Loft was clean except the oven. If you plan to cook understand that there is minimal equipment, minimal supplies (not even salt or pepper). Bathroom has obviously been remodeled and shower is great. »

« The hosts, Janet and Brian were very friendly and had good recommendations for restaurants and things to do and see. The carriage house was very clean and cozy with terrific views. Jasper, the resident horse, seemed to like attention and petting. Would definitely stay there again. »

« Such a joy to come to a clean apartment with a gorgeous balcony to sit out on and enjoy the cooler temperatures in the evening. Everything that I needed was provided, from Kitchen where to bathroom conveniences. A short walk to all of the stores, and all of the 4th of July festivities. I completely enjoyed my second visit here. Time I have interacted with the host the responses have been quick and helpful. Definitely hoping for a third time staying here! Highly recommend! »

Close to Monticello, Highland, parks, and multiple wineries. Would definitely recommend to couples visiting the Charlottesville area! »

« Host made us feel very welcomed and provided us with more than expected. The location is ideal, especially if you like to wake up to watch a newly born fawn frolicking in the yard. The locale would be gorgeous in the fall with leaves turning. We're trying to figure out when we can come for a return visit. We'd give it an A »

« This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s quite modern, quiet, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay during our motorcycle trip. The codes for access arrived in a timely fashion. I would suggest they include the WiFi password with the code email. But a call to the contact number got that sorted. I’d certainly use Basecamp 151 again if the need arose. »
