« The location was perfect. Close to beach and restaurants. Owners were very accommodating and communicative. Our issue was that they had a previous occupant smoke in the condo. We called the property manager and only received a cleaning spray, nothing to control the smell. We purchased 2 bottles of Febreeze, which helped, but it’s not perfect. I also needed to clean the bathtub when I arrived, because there was hair in it. »

« Our family enjoyed our visit but there weren’t enough chairs at the table…And a better mattress on the pull out couch is needed. A cutting board or tea kettle in the kitchen would be helpful. Checkout time should be clearly stated in the onsite rental manual. »

« The AC sound like a vacuum cleaning when it is running. It kept the unit cool. But good luck trying to sleep when it running. And only a few dishes and glasses. There were only two of us. So no big deal on our end. But a family of 4… not enough to go around. »

« Perfect getaway with easy access to the beach. Is kept very clean and tidy. Even had beach equipment like chairs and sand toys. Kitchen was also well equipped. Perfect for a family vacation, or just a couple. »

« Home was nice and as advertised. Kitchen well stocked to prepare meals at home. Beds were comfortable. Walk to the beach was a bit long, but worth it for having space to spread out on the beach. Just make sure to bring a beach wagon if traveling with small kids. Overall, a nice house and met our needs for a quick getaway. »

« The beach house is in a great location and very convenient for enjoying the beach and surrounding area. We really enjoyed the location and the overall stay. However, the house could use more thorough cleaning. Some areas needed extra attention, and a deeper cleaning between guests would make the experience much better. With improved cleanliness, this would be a great place to stay. »

« The property was very clean but communication was not great. I told the owner through messages that I had a dog. She did not remember and charged me 100 dollars after I paid saying that there is 100 dollar charge for dogs. I was not made aware of that until after I paid even though I told her that I had a dog. Also, the property was not ready at 4:00 and she did not give me the address until after 4:00. That was a lot of money for basically 3 days. Check in was 4pm Monday and check out was 10 am...

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, immaculate, and very spacious for everyone. The property manager was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. One of our favorite features was the large back deck facing the dunes—enjoying coffee there in the morning or sitting out in the evening was a total delight. « Amazing location just one block from the beach. Home was incredibly well stocked with paper goods, cleaning products, soaps, and shampoos, and all those disposable kitchen accessories that one often has to purchase. The kitchen also was extremely well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.Comfortable beds and furniture. Great TVs and the owners were a pleasure to work with for the very few and very minor issues that came up. We hope to return next summer. »
