« Clean rooms, great location, however they don’t follow the agreement upon booking. They require a security deposit for any damages done to the property . Which is totally acceptable but they don’t return the deposit in a timely manner. Been over a week and they still haven’t refunded the deposit. Terrible customer service. »

« We visited San Antonio for my best friends Air Force graduation. I don’t care for the area. It’s near a cemetery & I love things that are spooky. So, that was cool. The area was not bad at all. Didn’t have any issues. The home is gorgeous, very spacious & was very clean. I love how each room was laid out. You have what you need to make your own meals. The beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there & would recommend it. My husband was not able to make it out with us this time but next...

« The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more. »
