L'appartement est à moins de 15 minutes de marche de tout dans Portland, c'est génial! On a beaucoup aimé et nous envisagerons de re-louer cet appartement lorsque nous reviendrons à Portland. « Charles is a fantastic host!! Despite a few bumps because of this crazy winter, he made sure to communicate with me the whole time, and everything worked out fine!! A couple reviews describe it as “campy” in a negative way, I would agree it has a bit of campy feel, but with the amenities that come with it, the wonderful host, and his absolutely reasonable prices, it was PERFECT and exactly what he advertised!! Will absolutely stay there again!! »

« My husband and I had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the incredible view and access to the water. (They have paddles and life jackets for the kayaks) We spent hours both nights on the dock and loved getting to take the kayaks out. The living space had everything we needed with lots of natural light from the wrap around windows with view of the water from all sides!! We forgot to bring coffee and they ended up having some in the kitchen already! The boat house is attached to another house...

« This is the second year we've rented this property. Not only is it "white glove" CLEAN, but you couldn't find a better location in Old Port. You are right in heart of all of the restaurants and shops and across the street from the waterfront. Erika, the host, is phenomenal with communication. She'll help with you restaurant recommendations, good shops to check out, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are super comfortable. Look no further - this is the place and we'll be back...
