« Longacre is a beautiful property with old world charm. Sitting and sipping tea in its lovely parlor, we felt transported to a bygone era. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. »

« We spend two wonderful days. The room was clean, really nice and unique. All the available rooms are open so you can enjoy and see all the different decoration. Bed was super confortable, local and very nice toiletries available in the room and hostess so welcoming and available. Then you go to breakfast in the morning and you definitely say that you will be back! It was gorgeous, made with fresh products and so well prepared. We also dine one night there and diner was as good and well prepared...

« Sandra was in touch to remind and provide helpful information days in advance of our trip. The old mansion is gorgeous, with stately old, tall and gnarly silver maples flanking the beautiful entrance. Lots of rocking chairs our front. We lucked out, too, as weather was beautiful. It was a great pleasure to meet Sandra. She took such good care of us. Her breakfasts were first rate, and she had suggestions for about any kind of entertainment in the area. She had many Virginia wines...
