« Summertime girls weekend getaway to Holiday Valley/Ellicottville. We adored the little town and all there is to do in the area. The townhome is in a great location, close to everything. Host very responsive. Beautiful unit with all of the necessary amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space. The only drawback was no AC. « My grandkids and had a blast fishing having a campfire and laying on the dock looking at the stars. Loved sleeping overnight in a beautiful log cabin instead of a tent. We all said we wished we lived there! »

« Everything was incredibly clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable, and we really felt like we were at home. The back patio and man cave were special treats and wonderful places to relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it was nice to interact with neighbors who are friendly. « We booked this location for my daughter‘s family, which includes my daughter, her husband and my twin grandkids. They loved the look and cleanliness of the cabin and loved the fact that there were so many animals that were comfortable enough to come and get close to them so that they could engage. We are already looking to book another stay at the Letchworth Farm and book both the cottage and the cabin. »

« We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. »

« Well maintained ranch with open living/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Great location for Letchworth visit and close to shops in Perry. Prompt communication with owner before and during stay. Well equipped kitchen, and nice grounds. Stayed at a hotel on prior visit, glad we were able to stay at the Gate House on this trip! »
