« This was our annual girls trip but our first time staying in Ellicottville and this place was perfect!! We loved the open floor plan and the hot tub was clean and worked great!! We had planned on a campfire but then never ended up having one. However, there was plenty of firewood if we had decided to have one. Jody was great at replying right back (like within 5 minutes) to any of my questions both before the trip and during our stay. That alone says a lot and I was impressed by that. Thanks...

« Don't hesitate to book this beautiful home. We were so impressed when we arrived - by both the amazing view of the lake from every part of the property and by the excellently maintained buildings, with every amenity you can think of! We hosted our family of 12 for our son's graduation celebration which was actally four different events over four days. This property was an easy 30 minute drive to RIT. « We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described. The only downside was the 10am checkout, which felt a bit early for a group of 10 and made the morning a little rushed. That said, we knew this ahead of time when booking, so it wasn’t a surprise. If anything, a slightly later checkout would be my only suggestion. »

« Conveniently located close to Ellicottville in the peaceful county side. The beautiful stone fireplace is the center piece of the charm you will feel. We appreciated the time and effort that the owners put in to the details of all the rooms. Very cozy and comfortable. Thanks, Gary »

« Beautiful house and property! Right on Lake Java, the view from many windows on the back of the house was so lovely, so peaceful! A chef's kitchen with gas stove (did not use the oven, but it looked immaculately clean and professional grade. Coffee maker, toaster, great knives, table ware... There was one bedroom, a second bed in a nook off the living area. Both were comfortable with clean linens and attractive bedspreads and pillows. There was a TV...,I didnt use it so I cannot speak to it...
