« This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊 »

« Accessing the property was very easy. Perfect amount of space for the two of us. Well controlled HVAC, never cold or hot, just right. Deck was very spacious, quiet, sitting on it relaxing was great. Hot tub being sunken into the deck was great as in February could get pretty chilly out, so sitting down in it, kept it perfect for hours. »

« Very clean, quiet and cozy place. No problems with any of the amenities of the property. The location is private and somewhat secluded. We didn't see anyone else around, and the street was free of cars/traffic driving by. »

I texted Matt and asked if he would call me so we could chat about his rental; I have now waited a week and he apparently is not interested in my thoughts. So, I guess I’ll post them to keep others from being disappointed.
