My father had a medical issue beyond the refund window that stopped us from making the original reservation date, Owner allowed us to move our date out a couple of weeks. Everything was clean, the kitchen and dishes were clean. The bathroom was brand new. All of the beds were comfy and clean. I slept on the couch bed in the third room, it was firm and comfortable. « Valentyna was an excellent host and was readily available to answer all of our inquiries (re WiFi passcode, electric stove usage, detergent, trash). Our family enjoyed our stay and the children greatly enjoyed all the games in the basement. We took advantage of the lake and spent time fishing, kayaking, and swimming. « I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou....
