« We booked three rooms for a concert weekend and unfortunately did not end up staying at this property. Upon entering the rooms, we found bugs present, strong smoke odors, stained bedding, and overall unsanitary conditions, including hair left in one of the sinks. We immediately returned to the front desk, returned the room keys, and informed staff that we would not be staying overnight. « Price reasonable. The Room next to us was missing a knob on the door next to us. Doors were rusty and hotel needed painted. Rooms were as clean as could be for the run down hotel. My son was afraid to touch anything and got upset cause he thought we had to stay there. We left after we change for the concert we went to. We drove home after got home @3:30am. Don’t trust this place unless your use to run down accommodation. Just did not feel safe…….! »

« The only contact I had with staff was through a small bank teller type window while I remained outside. The first thing the clerk demanded was a fifty dollar cash deposit. I guess that should have been my notice this was not the kind of place you would visit with family. The motel looks like something from an old 1960 movie set. « We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....
