We arrived at this property and everything looked good. We unpacked and rested. Unfortunately as the day turned to night, everything changed. « This rental is comfortable, clean and modern. The photos of the property are accurate and the neighborhood is in a quiet, middle-class area near the center of Brighton and convenient to other communities north of Denver. We would definitely like to stay here again. It’s a very nice property! »

« Very clean & updated. Loved the layout & the location. 35 mins to Boulder. 20 mins to downtown & close to 30 mins to Red Rocks which is why we were there. Make note, the owner does mention you can hear footsteps above you. Be aware of that, but it did not effect us, we would stay again, no doubt! »

« It was a great little place to stay, it was quiet and very clean, my doggie enjoyed it. For my cituation where i was needing a place for a few days while waiting for my equipment to be fixed, it was perfect and way cheaper than any Hotel in the area. Thank you, Jeff! »

« Very clean and roomy. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of comgortable pillows. Well stocked with spices dishes etc. Excellent wifi internet. No problems at all with streaming on tv. It was downstairs but i never heard any noise from upstairs. Jonathon responded to questions in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again. Nice gas weber grill. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. »
