« Amazing! This property was stunning! We loved every aspect. The outdoor grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed spending time in the pool and under the gazebo. The bathrooms were beautiful. There is a path right next to the villa that goes right to town. The communication with the property manager was great. They were all so helpful with everything. « Pictures of the villa don’t begin to do it justice - the home is beautiful, clean, well-appointed (really appreciate good throw blankets!), and comfortable. Our concierge, Sandra, was incredibly helpful both before and during our trip with everything from last minute massages to arranging food delivery when we were too tired to make it to dinner. We have always enjoyed Punta Mita but this trip set a new bar for tropical vacations! »

« Erika our host was great - she was there to welcome us and close by to answer all of our questions that we had. This was our first VRBO experience. Family of 13 ranging from 1 yr to 62! Walking distance to grocery, beach and many restaurants. Perfect for families when kids nap at different times. Amazing pools and amount of surprise items in the house was great (stroller, car seats, baby gate, play pen, toys) »

« Large home on a large fenced lot with a great private pool. Home is well maintained and includes beach equipment. We spent five weeks at this property. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary equipment. The home is in a gated community with 24/7 security. The management team at Beach Please was excellent. Communication with them was easy and all our questions were answered prior to arriving. During our trip they answered our questions and provided great advice. A great trip. »

« The mattresses on the two king beds need replacing, very soft.Too soft to sleep well..a few of the light bulbs need fixing or replacing, some did not turn on at all. There was hot water in most bathrooms but not all. The wifi worked for the first few days, then stopped working well.The staff was attentive most of time and the food was wonderful. »
