« Great property situated in a central area. Lots of space for 10 people. Outdoor eating area and pool are lovely. We didn't have any concerns re: safety. The property needs a little bit of maintenance, but the handyman is on site each morning to tend to concern's which is nice. Cleaning staff is lovely. We had expressed a desire to have cook prepare a daily breakfast each morning which unfortunately was not available. All in all a very good stay at this property. »

« The cook and his wife were great. Food was prepared very well and on time.Communication with them was a little hard.The biggest problem we had was the pool heat. We were promised that the pool would be heated and set to any temperature we wanted.When we arrived the pool was cold and the heater wasn't running.We were there a week and they sent people out to fix but it would work for a little and then stop again.This is not except-able.The property was fine but in a Mexican area,not much English....

« View from the Villa is definitely the best in Puerto Vallarta. We saw whales every AM and PM. At least 3 different locations of fireworks every PM. The Villa sold during our stay. We hope the next owner does some much needed updating, as we hope to book this Villa again.Thanks for a wonderful 30 day vacation. »

« Great private family getaway with an awesome pool!. In the middle of downtown Puerto Vallarta with access to restaurants, shopping, beach and more within walking distance. The 9 rooms, kitchen and living room accommodates everyone!. We loved it!! »

« This house is just as it looks in the pictures. The yard and pools are well looked after. The outdoor patio has a bbq area and a bar, with comfortable outdoor seating. We spent lots of evenings outside while the kids enjoyed the pool. There’s a ping pong table and lots of pool toys. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, but children aren’t allowed up there without an adult, which made good sense to us. We had rented two cars for the ten of us, and this worked out well.
