« Enjoyed onsite host Diego!!! Location could not get any better unless it was ocean front. Communication with the off premises host could have been better but everything worked out once we arrived. However, it took 2 days to get WiFi password. I am definitely happy we were guests at the property! definitely recommend the property! Once you’re there, Diego will ensure you feel right at home! »

Great location inside the gates at punta mita, access to golf and other resort amenities (including beach clubs), and we liked that it’s very close to town if you want to go to shops or dining outside the gates.For us, there were some challenging logistics as we traveled with our 5 children (the youngest being 5 months). You really need a golf cart to enjoy punta mita and this property does not come with one. I found it very stressful to have to deal with that...

« This property is just as listed. Its on the 24th floor, we saw whales daily from the balcony. The 3 bedrooms all have theor own bathroom. It was a huuuge benefit to having 2 teens with us. The entire unit is clean and beautiful. It is on a old cobbled road thats been washed away but it doesnt effect ubers getting to you or walking anywhere. It was absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and helpful. Absolutely perfect luxury place! »

While you will have “access” to all of the beach clubs, they will charge you quite a hefty day use fee. Cautionary tale for those traveling to the area for the surf.
