« Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. »

« The general manager is a cheater. He will take cash instead of taking cards because he want to charge extra. Places and the furnitures are very old and swimming pool was so dirty. So Expensive but no fun at all! Do not waste your money please ! »

« I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake.
