Parking:

On-site parking is available within the building, suitable for smaller cars only (maximum width 2.2 m). For full transparency, the parking system requires reversing into a car elevator, so it is best suited to confident drivers.

For easier access or larger vehicles, ample public parking is available just 100 m away on Viale Varese, along with several nearby garages, and we are always happy to recommend the most convenient option.

You are just a 5-minute walk from the Duomo and an equally short stroll to the lakefront, where ferries depart for Bellagio, Varenna, and the iconic towns of the central lake.

The immediate area offers a lively yet refined atmosphere, with historic streets, artisan gelaterias, elegant piazzas, and beautiful architecture at every turn. Guests can enjoy scenic lakeside walks, local markets, and cultural treasures such as the Broletto and Teatro Sociale, all within minutes of the apartment.

The Como Centre is best explored on foot, but if you plan to visit the towns along the lake, we highly recommend bringing a car!
