« Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. « Das Appartement ist top mit fantastischer Aussicht. Zu bemängeln ist, dass der Eigentümer die ersten Tage nicht erreichbar war. Wir haben die Wohnung mit Parkplatz gebucht, jedoch hat uns der Eigentümer für die Ausfahrt zunächst nicht freigeschaltet. So mussten wir anfangs für das Parkhaus zahlen und sind gespannt, ob wir das Geld wiederbekommen. Novasol versuchte zu helfen und an Tag 3 von 5 hat sich der Vermieter endlich gemeldet und die Ausfahrt für das Parkhaus freigeschaltet. Es ist schade,...
