« Appartamento a pochi passi da una fermata del tram particolarmente strategica e con negozi letteralmente a due passi, arredato con gusto ma estremamente attento ai costi, abbastanza grande ma non particolarmente pratico (armadi troppo piccoli, disposizione dei locali "curiosa"). Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente. »

« Absolutely do not book this accommodation. After having a confirmed reservation, I notified the host that I was arriving. The host replied that the booking was cancelled due to overbooking. However, the host did not properly process the cancellation, so it took me several attempts to get this resolved through a VRBO agent so I could get my money refunded. The lack of advance notice from the host also meant that I had to urgently book another accommodation after arriving at the destination, and...

« Séjour limite désagréable, j'avais réservé pour une adresse et nous avons eu une adresse différente à la dernière minute, l'interlocuteur n'était pas aidant dans sa façon de dire les choses, nous étions abandonné à nous même, il a fallu qu'on insiste pour avoir quelqu'un au bout du fil, sachant qu'on avait du mal par rapport à la connexion internet du fait que nous n'étions plus en France mais plutôt en Belgique.
