« L'appartement est tres agréable, tout proche de l'arret de tramway ou de bus pour rejoindre le centre-ville. Également tout proche à pied de la plage. Proche aussi d'un supermarché. L'appartement est meublé avec goût et nous nous y sommes sentis tres bien. Peut-etre il manque de quoi ranger les vêtements dans la chambre, avec les deux matelas pneumatiques, c'était un peu le camping. Mais nous avons tres bien dormi. Une belle adresse. »

« We could not have asked for a more centrally located place to call home! It was very private and quiet and yet just outside the door and up the stairs were the most vibrant places in Utrecht. Bert was an amazing host, meeting us upon our arrival to show us around and checked in with us (via email) halfway through our stay. We would absolutely recommend Loft 188 to friends and family and would not hesitate to stay again if the opportunity presented itself. »

"Chambre très spacieuse, literie confortable. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rotterdam à pied...ou en métro. Bons cocktails au bar de l'hôtel. Le seul petit bémol : la température de l'eau dans la salle de bain. Celle-ci varie sans arrêt, ce n'est pas toujours très agréable sous la douche."

"I have been staying at the hotel since April 27. The first two weeks were generally okay. But the 3rd is a disaster. Indeed, I spent 4 days without having cleaning in my room. From May 8 to May 11, no one took care of cleaning my room, changing the towels, or emptying the bins. And for the first two weeks, I had three days when I didn’t have any shower gel or tissues, and in the meantime, the cleaning service came to change the bathroom linens and they wouldn’t even bother checking if I had shower gel, to fill the tissue dispenser and clean the dust. I had to ask a housekeeper to stock up my room with shower gel and tissues, she just came to put 2 bottles of shower gel and a pack of tissues in my room instead of filling the dispenser. I wonder where is the service of a hotel that claims to be 4-star 😞? And yet on Sunday, May 9th, I asked online via the QR code that I wanted a cleaning service requested in my room. Nothing was done; the same on Monday, and I went to the reception to let them know, and they promised to do what was necessary. On Tuesday, May 11th, when I got back to the hotel after a day of work, I found my room in the same condition: still no cleaning, no new towels, no emptied trash can, 4 days without maid service, something never seen before in a hotel that claims to be 4-star. Just deplorable service 😖"

"Super hôtel ! bien équipé, situé juste à côté du markhal, le personnel y est très agréable serviable et bienveillant. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de traduction en français à Rotterdam, il faut des connaissances minimales pour ce faire comprendre et comprendre le fonctionnement des choses en anglais pour s’en sortir pendant le séjour. Le seul bémol de l’hôtel est que le service d’entretien des chambres mérite d’être un peu plus investit, car il y avait de la poussière à mon arrivée et des interrupteurs par forcément très propre. Le petit déjeuner est complet, varié avec plein de choses sucrés comme salé peut être un poil chère. Il y a aussi une belle vue depuis l’hôtel sur le calex et une petite place publique. J’ai été ravi de venir ici durant mon séjour, malgré mon petit niveau en anglais je mis suis senti bien accueillie par tout le staff de l’hôtel. Un grand merci à eux"
