« Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both. On top of it the cleaning lady entered the apartment to clean at 9h15 while we were still in it!! She didn’t care and cleaned anyway. Very uncomfortable and awkward. A...

« This host is very organized. You will receive emails just before you have a question. It starts with a video about how to find the place, then one with how to get the key, then one with the wifi, how to empty the garbage, and other information right when you need it. I met the host personally and he is dedicated to making your experience a great one. Highly recommend. »
