« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled. It felt more...

« Impeccably clean and comfortable place with all the amenieties we could have asked for, including cooking essentials, teas and coffee capsules, including complenetary snacks on arrival. The place has fantastic day light, excellent view over Bratislava, and is very quiet. Very easy to park and clear, detailed instructions for everything. Would highly recommend. »
