« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot.
