« Very nice, modern flat. Very close walking distance to center of old town. Near train tracks, but not so near as to be bothered by train noise. Building will be better when construction is complete, some small amount of construction noise during the work day. Would recommend to friends! Thanks! »

« L'appartement de Martin est en parfait état, confortable et agréable à vivre. Bien agencée, la terrasse est bien agréable. L'immeuble est à 5' du centre historique magnifique. Le parking pour la voiture de location est pratique et sécurisant. Je recommande cette location où nous reviendrons sans doute. Béatrice »

« We had a wonderful stay in Miskolctapolca which exceeded our expectations! The accommodations were incredibly clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, the hostess was friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect, just a short neighborhood walk from the many pools and attractions. Our stay coincided with a heat wave but the guest house was very comfortable with both air conditioning and a fan. The backyard offers a place to relax with a lovely view. « A very well presented apartment. Set in a nice quiet location but also very nicely situated closely to a very large shopping complex. No check in desk but was not a problem for me because of my arrival time was within check in hours. I came over the Christmas period and somebody even met me on Christmas Day to give me access to the property so I was impressed with that.
