It is of Victorian Era & one of the original properties in Colwyn Bay, it has been re-modelled to a high standard providing spacious, relaxing accommodation. Each room is large and spacious with high grand ceilings throughout, the property has been tastefully decorated to create a unique ambience in each room. There is a large south facing rear garden area with powerful new hot tub, lights and speakers for chilled times, there is also an infrared sauna in one of the large bathrooms which has air filtration and built in speakers. The property has a combination of infrared, underfloor and traditional heating. Downstairs there is also built in ceiling speakers for guests responsible use. The property has recently undergone a complete refurbishment. Ground floor: Large sitting TV area with sofa and comfy chairs. Adjoining dining area with large dining table, Books & piano, board games. Downstairs toilet in Victorian design. Open plan kitchen with island & sunny seating area adjoining. Utility/ storage room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ ironing board and sink. 2nd floor off half landing “Subtle Sage” Two luxurious single beds with the view overlooking The Welsh Mountain Zoo hill and the sunny garden. Side lamp with rechargeable phone touch and usb plug in spaces. Bathroom with spacious shower, shaver point for charging & underfloor heating. 2nd floor: “La Boudoir” Situated at the back of property. Luxurious King size French bed, wardrobe and sitting area. “The industrial” Kind size bed with study desk, wardrobe and units. “Sunshine & the sea” Adult size single bunk beds.
