Stepping into the living room you will find comfortable sofas, a cosy fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for enjoying an evening watching a movie or catching up on the soaps. Benefitting from natural light, venture through to the spacious dining room, where you can enjoy a family meal or takeaway. The kitchen has all cooking essentials including electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and slow cooker. Enjoy views of the sea whilst you cook. Retreating to the first-floor, you’ll be welcomed by three stylish bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will find plenty of storage and character across each room, including a kingsize bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a further double bed.

    Rhos on Sea has several cafés and restaurants all within walking distance of this property. The local cycle path runs right past taking you to Llandudno in one direction and all the way to Rhyl in the other. The town of Colwyn Bay, with its shops, bars and Welsh Mountain Zoo, is just a few miles away, as is the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno, world famous for its mountain goats. If you want to explore further, the Snowdonia National Park with a plethora of outdoor activities can be reached in less than an hour. Beach 80 yards. Pub and restaurant 77 yards.

Sea View Cottage is absolutely fantastic.

Sea View Cottage is absolutely fantastic. The location is brilliant, the beds were extremely comfy and it has everything you need. We would definitely stay there again in the future. The black folder in the living room was very helpful with lots of information on the house and the surrounding area.

A very good holiday place very near to the sea. The children loved crabbing and even went swimming in the sea In February!

Great Family Location

Perfect place for a family of 4. Lovely beach walks 2 minutes away. Very quiet area and a great place to relax after a day exploring.

We had an amazing family holiday .

We had an amazing family holiday . There was everything we needed , we liked the fact there was a separate toilet as well as a family bathroom for anyone needing the toilet while the shower was in use. Also a bath for our grandchildren to use. The house was close to the beach and promenade for family walks and bars and cafes for food and snacks . My daughter enjoyed doing some jig-saws the owner had left and tvs for my grandson to watch his favourite programme, once in a while before we went out to sightsee the area. A visit to the Welsh Mountain Zoo is recommended. Will definitely book again if having a holiday in North Wales .

Five friends visited this property.

Five friends visited this property. This house was perfect. Fully fitted and very clean kitchen area, with a perfect sea view. The lounge was comfortable and welcoming with a lovely flickering fire. Upstairs bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable with beautiful crisp clean bedding. We were all delighted with the house and will definitely be back.Rhos on sea has been refurbished along the sea front and there’s a lovely nature walk not too far from the house. We had a lovely meal at No 25 Bistro, which was 5 mins from the house. There was good parking for two vehicles albeit a bit tricky down the drive next to the house.Would definitely recommend for family and friends.
