« A lot of things have changed at this hotel, you can tell they had to cut down on cost. The bkft is waffle’s and bagels, coffee was out of cream at 9 am. If you weren’t out of your room by 8 am you were handed fresh towels, no one came in at all. Used to be pet friendly, now they charge $75 extra a night. There is a very strong lemon cleaner smell and not a good one every time you enter the elevator. We will look else where, which is a shame because we come 2-3x’s a year. »
