« Stayed for a long weekend full of wedding festivities in Travelers Rest/Paris Mtn area. Short drive to all the venues. Short drive to Greenville for exploring the river walk, and was super convenient to get to Asheville for a quick lunch on the way home. Beds were soooo cozy! All the linens were soft and no shortage of pillows. Home was set up perfectly for family time. Kitchen had all the necessities and was apacious for cooking and conversation with people gathering in adjacent living room!...

« The perfect spot for our weekend golf trip with the boys. Plenty of games and entertainment for everyone to hangout and have fun. The beds were really comfortable and everything was clean. We plan to come back next year. »

« The house is amazing. The view is beautiful. We spent most of our time relaxing, but there are plenty of things to do. The playroom was such an amazing plus and the game room is really nice. The bedrooms are great. We found the Palmetto State Trail and had a nice hike. The house is close enough to the beautiful town of Hendersonville. We took a day trip to Biltmore. The town of Saluda is a great little mountain town to spend some time in. Highly recommend Greenriver BBQ. »

« This property is whimsical. It is old, full of character and interesting items, and beds of every sort. The laundry facilities are wonderful, the kitchen, while one of a kind could use a few new pots and such. We enjoyed our time there, it was very relaxing! If you are looking for a place to chill out and enjoy natures’ beauty, and a fine guitar, tv, and games, this is for you. Make sure to check out the cross from 1828. « My husband and I, plus our small dog enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and well appointed. The yard is also luscious and well cared for. We are seniors and didn’t use some of the recreational equipment that the property offers like the bicycles and hot tub but enjoyed the ping pong table and grill. The house is very convenient to to everything in Hendersonville and Flat Rock. We would definitely recommend this wonderful vacation house. »

« Very clean, cute and cozy. Easy check-in and checkout. Easy to access any information needed. Mountain road getting to the cabin has multiple switch backs so take your time. Enjoyed having close access to the lake as well as the kayaks. Hot tub is lovely on the back deck. Only small annoyance was there was construction going on next door, some of the trucks going by sounded like tanks. Otherwise, wonderful place….would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others. »

« The pictures did not do it justice! The home was beautifully decorated with so much of the original homes charm! The towels were thick and fluffy, the beds really comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (with plenty of dish towels!) and the side porch was lovely! The location is close to Hendersonville. We would definately stay again »

« The house is amazing. Small and cozy but plenty of room, clean, nice furniture and cookware, oven works great. We saw plenty of animals and a white squirrel. The heat and fireplace do a good job of heating the house quickly. Awesome porches, with one being screened in. 10/10 »

« We rented this cabin because we were attending a funeral for my cousin in Forest City. This cabin had beds for all 6 adults. Excellent price per night and we stayed 2 nights. Of course, the extra fees increased the cost, but split among the family members, was very reasonable. Overall, a nice place to stay together with family. CONS: Gravel roads, distant cabin, steep driveway (felt like being at the top of a roller coaster), no ice maker, plastic mattress covers on twin beds (ask me how I...
