We offer a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in experience! Just like at a hotel where you provide your ID and a security deposit at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simple—only online. We use a secure system where you will receive a personalized rental agreement and ID verification. Once completed, your arrival instructions and self-entry codes will be sent to you.

During Your Stay:
Please note that this home is a half-duplex nestled in a very friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. You will likely see kids playing nearby and friendly folks all around you!
Also, to keep our outdoor spaces looking vibrant, someone may stop by in the mornings to quickly water the flower beds out front and the plants on the back patio. We will always be quick and unobtrusive.

Grandview Heights is a quiet, walkable neighborhood just west of downtown Columbus. Burr Avenue Park is about a 2 min walk, and Grandview Yard's restaurants, bars, shops and LA Fitness are about 6 min on foot. A grocery store is close by, the municipal pool is a short walk away, and Grandview Avenue's shops and restaurants are a 3 min drive. Short North, OSU Wexner Medical Center, downtown and Ohio Stadium are all 6 to 8 min by car, an easy base for a family visit, a game day or a work week.

Your whole side of the duplex is yours: every room shown in the listing, the front porch and the private back patio with the fire pit. Check-in is self-guided through smart locks on both the front and back doors, and we send your personal code before you arrive. Free off-street parking, plus free street parking on Northwest Boulevard. All bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs.

Free off-street parking, plus free street parking on Northwest Boulevard. Walk about 6 min to Grandview Yard's restaurants, bars, shops and LA Fitness. Most guests drive or take a quick rideshare: about 3 min to Grandview Avenue, 5 min to Nationwide Arena, 6 min to the Short North, the Convention Center and the Columbus Crew stadium, 7 min to COSI and OSU Wexner Medical Center, 8 min to Downtown and Ohio Stadium, 10 min to German Village, 15 min to the airport, 20 min to Easton and 27 min to the Columbus Zoo.

Welcome to our home! We have poured a lot of love into designing this space and ask that you treat it with the same respect as your own. If any issues arise during your stay, please reach out—we will do our absolute best to resolve them ASAP.
To ensure a great experience for everyone and maintain the quality of our home, please be aware that the following house rule violations will result in fines:
• Smoking: $500
• Parties or events: $1,000
• Unapproved late checkout: $50/hr
• Exceeding maximum occupancy: Subject to penalties (please ensure your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid additional charges)
• Damages: Subject to the exact cost of repair or replacement
Additional Rules:
• All booking guests must be 21 years of age or older.
• This is strictly a pet-free home.
