This stylish 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers a modern interior and a luxurious walk-in shower with tandem shower heads for a spa-like experience. This property is a beautifully updated 2,200-square-foot, two-story home featuring four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a large kitchen, as well as two spacious dining areas and a comfortable living room. The home also features a deck and a pea gravel patio area with a fire pit. This house is perfect for guests traveling with pets, as the backyard is fully enclosed with a 6-foot privacy fence! Guests will have access to the two-car garage with additional parking in the driveway and on the street.

Bedrooms: The home features four sleeping rooms, all on the second floor, with bed space for up to 8 guests. Our owner's suite features a king-size bed, with the other guest rooms offering full and twin beds. Fresh bed linens are provided for your stay! All bedrooms offer closet space for hanging and storing clothes, as well as nightstands.

Bathrooms: The home has two full bathrooms on the second floor and one half-bath on the first floor. The owner's suite features a beautifully updated bathroom with a curbless entry shower, tandem shower heads, and a large double vanity. The second full bath offers a tub/shower combo with a subway tile surround and a single vanity. The half bath is located on the first floor just off the main entrance for a quick refresh before heading out the door! Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for your stay. We also supply towels and washcloths.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils for meal prep. We also provide a toaster, Keurig, and basic spices for cooking. K-cups, sugar, and creamer are also provided for your stay on the coffee bar. The kitchen features an electric stovetop in the massive island, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and pantry space for food storage.

Living Area: The living room features a 55" Smart TV, a couch, and an oversized loveseat chair for kicking back and relaxing during your stay. The gas fireplace is not operational and is not for guest use, for both guest and property safety.

Dining Areas: The home offers several dining areas, including a dining room with a table and seating for four, as well as a breakfast nook with chair and bench seating for up to 8 guests. There is also an additional seating area at the massive kitchen island.

Exterior and Garage: The home features a double-car garage with additional parking space in the driveway and on the street. The home has a large, fenced-in backyard that is great for guests with pets, as well as a large deck and pea gravel patio area with a fire pit. Firewood is not provided.

Guests have full access to the property including the garage, backyard, and basement for laundry access. No areas of the home are shared with others during your stay.

BOOKING INFORMATION:
When booking your stay, please use valid and legitimate credentials. Please book with your full legal name, a valid state-issued ID, and a verified email address. It is against VRBOs and our policy to book the home on behalf of someone else or with the intention to sublet.

SMOKING POLICY:
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $500 smoking fee, in addition to additional cleaning fees and the cost of future lost business, if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking-related litter.

PET POLICY:
Pets are allowed on the property as long as they are listed on the reservation prior to your stay. We charge a one-time $55 pet fee per booking. This is not a nightly fee. Additional damages or extensive cleaning caused by pets will be requested post-stay, if necessary. We ask guests to limit animals on the furniture as much as possible to avoid additional cleaning or damage to soft materials. Please clean up yard waste after your pet. Thank you!

Camera Disclosure:
This property features a front porch security camera that covers the front door entry area and majority of the driveway. This camera features security lighting and is meant to monitor and protect the safety of our guests and property. Additionally this security device provides easy voice communication at the main entry point to the home if necessary. The home also features the same camera and lighting setup at the rear entry door of the home, this camera covers the rear entry area which includes part of the deck and back yard. There are never any video or voice monitoring devices used in any interior portion of the home. Thank you!

The house was nice with great decor and amenities. It was however perplexing that all TVs had been removed from the bedrooms and no hand railings to the deck stairs were present. Looked as though remodel was being rushed. The couch springs were broken in the center, causing only two people to sit comfortably on each side and the hot water never got hot. It would have also been nice to have a household book welcoming the guest and telling us little things about the house and area. There were no family games for the kids. The house could have used a thorough dusting/cleaning around the floors and a different non-streaking solution on the beautiful wood floors. A reddish brown substance that resembled blood was on the master bathroom door, floor and mattress corner. The neighbour's house to the right, house and yard were an eyesore amongst the surrounding properties.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. While it was somewhat sparse in furnishings, we managed by moving seating in the dining room to the kitchen, given the open concept between living room and kitchen. (We had 4 adults, a 12 year old and 17 year old so one couch and one chair made it tight for seating in the evening to watch a movie. Overall, the property was clean and well kept. The lawn could have been mowed (we had children with us who like to play outside), but that didn't hamper our stay. Great communication with the host and we would definitely recommend.

This home is spacious, clean, and well equipt. If you travel with a pet the large fenced in yard is perfect.We will stay there again.
