Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire house, except the basement, decorative china cabinet in the dining room, and 2 locked owners' closets on the 2nd floor. The guests can access the house via keypad entry from the front or back door. The detached garage can also be accessed by code, and guests can enter through the backyard to the back door of the house.

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in is at 4pm
• Check-out is at 10am

• NO SMOKING
• NO PETS
• NO PARTIES ALLOWED - violations may result in immediate termination of the stay and subject to fees listed below. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• An exterior camera and doorbell camera is installed to monitor our cleaning team and ensure the safety of our guests.
• Guests must disclose the full guest count at the time of booking or be subject to fees listed below.
• Free parking can accommodate a total of 2 vehicles in the garage: Offsite paid parking is also available within a 1 block radius.
• Quiet hours are from 10PM to 9AM daily
• Please do not open, move or touch the antiques, they are very fragile.


Safety:

• For your safety and peace of mind, carbon monoxide and fire detectors are installed in every bedroom. Fire extinguishers are conveniently located near the BBQ grill and under the kitchen sink.
• Enjoy the Spa at your own risk.


FINES:

No Smoking: $1,000 Fine for smoking of any kind, inside or outside of the property
No Pets: $500 Fine for deep cleaning if any pets are brought on to the property
No Extra Guests: $100 Fine per additional guest per night not disclosed at the time of booking
