This one bedroom apartment has an open layout. When you walk in, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked galley kitchen. There is a dining table with four seats, plenty of space to work from home or dig in to a great meal.
The living room is complete with a Article leather sofa, coffee table, and 50" TV where you can login to our Netflix account or login to one of your own subscriptions.
The bedroom boasts a king size mattress that's super comfortable, but a closet for you to hang all of your belongings and store your suitcase.
The full bathroom has floor to ceiling marble tile. We provide quality amenities, such as Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. See below for a more detailed list of what we provide. If you have any questions, you can reach out to us and we'd be happy to help!

You will be granted access via smart lock. You will have the entire apartment to yourself plus, there is coin operated laundry that's shared with other units in the basement of the building.

The Victorian Village is famous for its charming streets, adorned with leafy trees and lined with homes from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. You'll find a diverse range of architectural styles, including Gothic Revival mansions, Second Empire villas, and Queen Anne houses. If you wander through the village, you'll come across pathways that intersect in the expansive Goodale Park, where annual music festivals take place. Just overlooking the park, the Pizzuti Collection showcases contemporary art exhibitions and offers a sculpture garden that's free to explore.

This apartment is located up a flight of stairs on the second floor. Also, as you'll see in the pictures there is a slanted ceiling above the bed. This is a staircase. You will hear footsteps from time to time so if you're a light sleeper, contact us and we can share with you a more suitable listing.

SUMMARY
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM.
• No parties. Only registered guests allowed unless approved in advance.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. $1,000 fine for any evidence.
• Pets must be pre-approved. $35/night (up to $200) or $200 flat for 30+ nights. Unapproved pets = $1,000 fine and cancellation.
• Long stays require a signed lease, professional cleanings, and HOA agreement (if applicable).
• Treat the property with care. No tampering with smoke detectors or cameras.
• Any violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, plus applicable fines.
GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
• All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
