This apartment is perfect for the people who are traveling and want to experience Columbus because the apartment is close to all the excitement that the city has to offer. This apartment is ideal; having space for people to eat together, hang out, relax, explore the surrounding areas, chat and have fun.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very laid back outside of work hours with the exception of events held in the Columbus commons which are usually limited to the summertime.
-All events end by 10 pm.
There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The building has a grocery store that is open until 10 pm
CVS Pharmacy right across the street.
One block over from the Scioto River and the Scioto Mile Bike/running trail.
The neighborhood is patrolled by security 24/7 by security.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is to walk(weather permitting) or take a short Uber.
There are also Bird, Lime, Ride, and Lift scooters available for rent.

Awesome Place!

This place is great! It is clean with plenty of room. The location is great, with so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. My husband and I and our adult daughter and son in law and our infant granddaughter stayed there. Dom is a great host with wonderful communication.

This property is excellent. The host communicates within five minutes. It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this property. It is close to the downtown area. Very safe. Clean. all of the amenities and additional items were found in the unit. we were so pleased with the overall experience. I cannot tell you how amazing it was.

Relaxing Stay in Perfect Location in Downtown Columbus

We were excited to find this property as it is in a perfect location to downtown. It is central to many different types of restaurants and fun things to do. Great Apartment

We stayed here for work, and it was a great place to stay. The Commons is awesome and parking is quite convenient. The unit is as advertised. We had a little bit of trouble getting into the unit and understanding the parking. We definitely would stay again.

Highly recommend

This property was perfect for us! Four of us for 6 nights. We had everything we needed, even coffee, creamer, along with soaps, shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Property owner response was very quick. Safe area. Make sure to get instructions on how to get to pool, which is in the building next door. If ever in Columbus, I would come here again.

Mt stay in Columbus OH

The property was very nice and clean. Needs to add more and better cookware, including glasses. To our dismay, there was no internet. I texted the property manager regarding this and never got a reply. The parking was in a garage two blocks away. It wasn't a problem for us, however if you are disabled, please keep in mind that it is a walk from the garage. There is a drop off point in front of the building for loading and unloading. That was very convenient. The location could not have been better. We were near some fantastic restaurants. There was a small grocery store a block away. We would definitely rent this property again, just for the location. I would highly recommend the Manger add internet to this property. Also consider adding TVs in the bedrooms.

Very nice place to stay and a great location

The apartment felt new and modern and was very clean. We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect as it was in between Short North and Germantown. We were never far from anything. Property manager was very responsive to any requests or questions. Definitely recommend for two couples sharing an apartment.

Just what we needed

Exceptionally clean condo. It more than met the needs of my family of 4. My son toured Ohio State Uni on 1 day. Took a day trip to Pittsburgh on another day. Walked to breakfast & dinner numerous times. Minor issue with getting the access details but host did respond with the info before we actually arrived to the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Columbus Zoo/Science Center

We had a great stay at the property. It was a wonderful location for what we needed. I didn’t know how incredibly close it was to the Ohio Theatre, which was nice because we got to see an unexpected showing of Hamilton! We walked to Cosi and dinner several nights. Property was clean and had some basic supplies. We had a couple minor issues with checking in, but the host was very responsive. I would stay again!
