This bright, modern, clean apartment is the perfect space to recharge, relax, create, and explore. The Airbnb is an upstairs apartment, nestled among 3 other apartments. You are a short walk or even shorter drive from Otterbein Campus and quaint Historic Uptown Westerville's restaurants and shops. This Location is convenient to CMH Airport, Hoover Reservoir, Easton/Polaris/Outlet malls, and the Ohio/Erie bike trail. Short drive to OSU, Top Golf, IKEA, and Downtown Columbus
This flat was created to bring peace and simplicity. This is reflected in the modern and simple design that can be found throughout. You walk into an open and clean, plush living space, and pass through into a modern efficient kitchen and dining table for four. The front bedroom is welcoming with its straight lines and comfortable queen bed, the back bedroom has a second cozy queen bed. A spacious bathroom with a shower and tub. Giving couples, friends, business travelers, and families everything they need for an overnight or extended stay.
Guests have access to the common stairwell and basement, providing access to the basement laundry area.
I live right around the corner and am available when needed and love meeting guests as they come through. I am happy to provide recommendations, answer questions, or assist you.
The neighborhood is truly one of a kind. Known as the city of trees you’ll find this area to be quiet but with everything you might need just a few minutes away. Uptown Westerville is a 10-12 minute walk and an even shorter drive that features local restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream shops, and stores. In the other direction, Kroger and Walmart are just up the street with Polaris Fashion Place and Easton Town Center both just 15 minutes away. Downtown Columbus is only a 20-minute drive offering everything from the wonderful Columbus Art Museum to the scenic Scioto Mile, exciting Hollywood Casino, and an array of unique restaurants and entertainment. The apartment itself is nestled in an older brick building complex with lots of green space and wonderful neighbors.
Columbus is an easy-driving city, you are max 25 min from almost everything Columbus has to offer. Guests are assigned one parking space. If additional parking is needed there is plenty of extra parking along Crescent Drive and Electric Ave. There is also a COTA Bus stop at the corner of Electric and State Street. Uber and Lyft are also available in this area.
